Professional UI translations now available with Ibexa DXP v4.6.26
We’re happy to announce an important step forward in the quality of localised versions of Ibexa DXP. With the release of Ibexa DXP v4.6.26, we have published XLIFF files that contain professional translations of UI labels and messages for French, German, and Spanish.
These new translation files contain strings that are used throughout the Ibexa DXP’s user interface. They represent an upgrade compared to earlier translations, which were created with the best efforts of the community. Thanks to a professional localization workflow, localized versions of the back office are now clearer, more consistent, and more reliable, making the experience smoother for non-English users.
To take advantage of the professionally localised UI, upgrade your application to Ibexa DXP v4.6.26 or later, and enable back office translations.

The translation resources themselves live on GitHub in the i18n translations repository, which contains the XLIFF files for each of the languages. This makes it easier to track updates and integrate translations directly into the product.
Translations into French, German, and Spanish are now managed through an internal localization process. Therefore, these languages aren’t open for direct community contributions, but if you're a customer or partner, you can still report wrong or missing translations through the Service portal.
At the same time, when it comes to other languages, we’re still committed to community-driven localization.

To offer support for additional languages, we encourage members of the Ibexa DXP community to contribute the translations. To do it, users, partners and other contributors can visit Ibexa DXP’s Crowdin page, choose a language, and browse the list of files containing translatable strings.
If your language isn’t listed yet, you can request it in the Crowdin discussion forum for the Ibexa DXP project.
