Building Bridges and network growth: strong summary of the Ibexa DACH Partner Conference 2025

Get together in person, summarise and explore new potential: Ibexa lives and breathes networking around digital transformation. The DACH Partner Conference on 29 October 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf was a perfect example of this networking culture. Under the motto "Building Bridges for Sustainable Partnerships", partners, customers and Ibexa experts came together to discuss successes, trends and new perspectives.

The conference focussed on growth in the Ibexa cosmos. In a positive sense, the event offered no particular surprises, as the dynamic development and expansion of the partner network has been a recurring theme over the last few years.

"Our growth is based on trust as well as shared values and visions. The Ibexa network is our bridge to a successful digital future," emphasises Tushar Marwaha, Commercial Director DACH.

Track record, leadership qualities and new DXP benchmarks

The conference opened with an inspiring keynote speech by Tushar Marwaha and CEO Bertrand Maugain. Together, they gave an impressive summary of the year, which the network can be proud of: 15% growth in the DACH region and the trust gained from numerous new customers underpin the motto "Building Bridges".

A particular highlight was Ibexa's "Leader" award in the G2 DXP category: A milestone that recognises the innovative strength and partner performance around the Ibexa DXP.

Marwaha and Maugain also shed light on the DXP trends of 2025: from classic content management to holistic experience orchestration. The experts emphasised that the DXP market is undergoing a transition to the AI market - with developments such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), which is redefining previous SEO standards.

Partner Talks: Valuable impulses "to go"

Ibexa is dialogue - which is why two inspiring partner sessions filled the afternoon of the event. On behalf of Comwrap Reply, Volker Wylutzki-Böhme and Markus Saalwächter presented the successful website relaunch of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising. They gave practical impressions of a project that combines agility and structured content management.

Michael Kirchberger from schoene neue kinder joined in: Under the title "BEYOND LIMITS: How AI is redefining the marketing automation world", he also brought exciting impulses to the partner conference. Kirchberger demonstrated with impressive insights how marketing processes can be accelerated by generative technologies and how personalised content can be scaled.

Product updates and digital experience practice

Enriching event input naturally also came from Ibexa itself. Artur Wawrzynkiewicz and Stephanie Kawan provided valuable insights. In their sessions, they presented the DXP roadmap and current product updates - as well as best practices for efficient co-selling together with partners.

At the end of the partner conference, an interactive workshop awaited the participants, who were divided into eight groups and dedicated to two real-life use cases. The scenarios: a DXP migration and experience-driven transformation on the one hand, and PIM modernisation to a uniform PIM + CMS setup on the other. The workshop provided a practice-orientated conclusion to the event - with valuable impulses for future projects in the DXP ecosystem.

Attention 2026: Ibexa is ready...

... for further growth and exciting developments. After the success in Düsseldorf, the partner network is already looking forward to the next big event: the Ibexa Summit 2026 on 5 and 6 February 2026 in Lisbon. The summit heralds another ambitious year in Ibexa's history.

As in the Düsseldorf Hyatt in 2025, the Lisbon Congress Centre 2026 will once again focus on AI, digital experience orchestration and sustainable transformation - the focus of a growing partner network that is building bridges and shaping the future.
