1 General conditions of participation
1.1 The organizer of the "Smart suitcase contest" (hereinafter: "contest") is Ibexa GmbH, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 30-32, 50672 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter: "Ibexa").
1.2 Participation is free of charge.
1.3 The competition begins on 9 May 2023 at 9:00 am (CET) and ends on 10 May 2023 at 3:00 pm (CET) (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
2 Eligibility/participation
2.1 Any natural person who is resident in Germany/Austria/Switzerland is eligible to participate.
2.2 Only one entry in one's own name is possible per participant. Multiple entries are not permitted.
2.3 The minimum age for participation is 18 years (eighteen years).
2.4 To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the Ibexa LinkedIn page https://de.linkedin.com/company/ibexa within the promotion period and publish a LinkedIn post with a picture of the Ibexa Experience World (stand A4 F07) at the OMR Festival using the hashtag #IbexaOMR23.
2.5 The time of entry will be determined by the time logged. Participation outside the promotion period will not be considered. Ibexa is not responsible for any delays in following or posting on LinkedIn.
2.6 By complying with the above conditions, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
3 Exclusion from the competition
3.1 Employees of Ibexa and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
3.2 Ibexa reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition and not to pay out prizes or to subsequently refuse prizes if these conditions of participation are not complied with.
4 Winnings, determination of winners
4.1 All participants who have followed the Ibexa LinkedIn page https://de.linkedin.com/company/ibexa during the above-mentioned promotion period and have created a LinkedIn post with a photo of the Ibexa Experience World at the OMR Festival using the hashtag #IbexaOMR23 will be entered into a draw to win the Floh smart suitcase worth €250.00 that is exhibited. The winner will be drawn by lot. With regard to the draw of the winners, the legal process is excluded.
4.2 A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible.
4.3 Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons.
4.4 Participation in this competition does not oblige the participant to sign any contracts with Ibexa. The signing of contracts with Ibexa has no influence on the possibility of winning.
5 Notification of winners / delivery of prizes
5.1 The winner will be notified via LinkedIn and/or in the OMR app at 1pm on 10 May 2023.
5.2 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in written form within 60 minutes of receipt of the prize notification and accept the prize in person at the Ibexa Stand by 3:00pm on 10 May 2023 or the prize will be deemed. The winner is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted by him/her to Ibexa.
5.3 The claim to the prize will be deemed if the winner does not respond within the aforementioned period. As a result, another participant will be drawn.
5.4 The prize will be delivered on site at the Ibexa stand A4 F07 by collecting the prize.
6 Liability, cancellation of the competition
6.1 Ibexa shall only be liable for damage caused by Ibexa, its legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health shall remain unaffected.
6.2 Ibexa reserves the right to interrupt, modify or completely cancel the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice. Important reasons include, in particular, if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
6.3 If such a case is caused by the behaviour of a participant, Ibexa may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
7 Data protection
7.1 Personal data of all participants and winners will only be processed insofar as and as long as this is necessary for the implementation of the competition and the processing of the prize shipment, unless consent has been given to receive the newsletter. Personal data such as surname, first name and e-mail address will be handled by Ibexa in accordance with legal provisions.

8 Miscellaneous
8.1 These conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
8.2 Should any of these provisions be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
