In three DMEXCO Masterclasses, Ibexa’s DXP specialists, alongside customers and partners, will provide live demonstrations to showcase their platform's capabilities.

An important event like DMEXCO is a must on Ibexa's annual agenda. It’s not just about being present but also about sharing knowledge, networking, and actively contributing — that’s the Ibexa way. This year, as the doors of Koelnmesse open on September 18 and 19, 2024, for digital marketing and tech enthusiasts, Ibexa will be there to participate.

ADAC Car Rental: Authentic Customer Experiences through DXP

"Driving Fun with a Wow Effect" — under this headline, the Ibexa Masterclass series begins on Wednesday, September 18, from 10:45 to 11:15 am. Dennis Herzing, Customer Experience Manager at Ibexa, together with the Managing Director and the SEO/Content Manager of ADAC Car Rental, will explore how the company creates personalized customer experiences.

By strategically combining data, AI, and marketing automation, ADAC Car Rental has taken customer engagement to a new level. Through the Ibexa DXP, ADAC successfully ensured seamless data integration and a highly personalized user experience as part of their website relaunch. Masterclass guests will have the opportunity to draw inspiration from practical examples presented by Ibexa and ADAC Car Rental.

B2B Personalization from A to Z — with schoene neue kinder

The second Ibexa Masterclass at DMEXCO will be held together with the B2B digital agency schoene neue kinder. Also on the first day of the event, Wednesday, September 18, the Masterclass stage will focus on "Personalization & CDP in B2B: From Theory to Practice" From 4:45 to 5:15 pm, the audience will learn, step by step, how personalized customer engagement works in a B2B context.

From marketing websites to a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) with a Customer Data Platform (CDP), the focus will be on practical examples and insights into personalization strategies. Ibexa Partner Manager Stephanie Kawan and Michael Kirchberger, SNK Lead Consultant for B2B Digital Experience, will guide the audience through the agenda, providing plenty of inspiration.

Website Relaunch and DXP Implementation with UmweltBank and OMMAX

The third Ibexa Masterclass will be centered around the UmweltBank website relaunch. "Relaunch of umweltbank.de - Why UmweltBank chose a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and how it lays the foundation for a modern and dynamic digital platform" — this is what interested DMEXCO guests will learn on Thursday, September 19, from 12:15 to 12:45 pm. Together with Ibexa and the digital consultants from OMMAX, "Germany's green bank" has laid the technological foundation for a scalable and future-proof digital platform.

The Masterclass will highlight the transformation goals set by UmweltBank and how the Ibexa DXP is paving the way toward achieving them. Ibexa Partner Manager Ingo Hoffmann and OMMAX Partner Sven Vörtmann will also discuss how personalized customer experiences can spark enthusiasm for sustainable banking. Philipp Langenbach, Head of Marketing and HR and General Manager of UmweltBank, will share inspiring examples directly from practice.
