This Appendix describes the Terms and Conditions for Ibexa Personalization. This Appendix shall be integral to Ibexa Enterprise Subscription Terms and Conditions (“main Terms and Conditions”) and shall have the same force and effect.
1 IBEXA PERSONALIZATION SERVICES
Ibexa grants the Customer access to Ibexa Personalization (“Personalization Engine” or “Software“) for online usage and renders support services with regard to the Software ("Services"). The Software collects data from users’ behaviors and data inputs and delivers personalized recommendations in serving content. It is operated on servers Ibexa manages.

The recommendations are exclusively meant for presentation on Customer’s own dedicated and specified website(s). The recommendations are exclusively addressed to the end users of Customer’s website. Usage in the form of forwarding to, links to or presentation on other websites or portals is expressly excluded.
