1 General conditions of participation
1.1 The organizer of the "Upgrade Hotel Room" (hereinafter: "contest") is Ibexa AS, Solligata 2, Oslo, Norway (hereinafter: "Ibexa").
1.2 Participation is free of charge.
1.3 The competition begins on 13th October 2023 at 9:00 am (CET) and ends on 16th November 2023 at 23:59 pm (CET) (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
2 Eligibility/participation
2.1 Any natural person who belongs to the Ibexa partner network and has registered to this event is eligible to participate.
2.2 Only one entry in one's own name is possible per participant. Multiple entries are not permitted.
2.3 The minimum age for participation is 18 years (eighteen years).
2.4 To enter the competition, the entrant must complete the registration in te page https://www.ibexa.co/events/gpc2024 within the promotion period.
2.5 The time of entry will be determined by the time logged. Participation outside the promotion period will not be considered.
2.6 By complying with the above conditions, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
3 Exclusion from the competition
3.1 Employees of Ibexa and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
3.2 Participants coming from companies that sponsor this event or from companies which participate in the program will be excluded from the competition.
3.2 Ibexa reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition and not to pay out prizes or to subsequently refuse prizes if these conditions of participation are not complied with.
4 Winnings, determination of winners
4.1 All participants who have completed the registration in the event page https://www.ibexa.co/events/gpc2024 during the above-mentioned promotion period will be entered into a draw to win an upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite at the hotel Melia Palma Bay during the days that the event will happened . The winner will be drawn by lot. With regard to the draw of the winners, the legal process is excluded.
4.2 A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible.
4.3 Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons.
4.4 Participation in this competition does not oblige the participant to sign any contracts with Ibexa. The signing of contracts with Ibexa has no influence on the possibility of winning.
4.5 A total of three hotel room upgrades are part of this contest.
5 Notification of winners / delivery of prizes
5.1 The winner will be notified via LinkedIn,email and/or in the Ibexa page within the 14 days after the contest has been closed.
5.2 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in written form. The winner is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted by him/her to Ibexa.
5.3 The claim to the prize will be deemed if the winner does not respond within the aforementioned period. As a result, another participant will be drawn.
5.4 The prize will be delivered on site at the moment of the check-in at their arrival to the hotel, Melia Palma Bay.
5.5 The prize covers only the difference of price between the cost of the upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite. It doesn not include the cost of the room selected on their booking.
5.6. The prize will be applied only to those people who have booked a standard room at the hotel Melia Palma Bay.
6 Liability, cancellation of the competition
6.1 Ibexa shall only be liable for damage caused by Ibexa, its legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health shall remain unaffected.
6.2 Ibexa reserves the right to interrupt, modify or completely cancel the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice. Important reasons include, in particular, if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
6.3 If such a case is caused by the behaviour of a participant, Ibexa may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
7 Data protection
7.1 Personal data of all participants and winners will only be processed insofar as and as long as this is necessary for the implementation of the competition and the processing of the prize shipment, unless consent has been given to receive the newsletter. Personal data such as surname, first name and e-mail address will be handled by Ibexa in accordance with legal provisions.

8 Miscellaneous
8.1 These conditions of participation are subject to the Norwegian law.
8.2 Should any of these provisions be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
