QUCOXX is an innovative start-up that redefines management consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The digital platform combines artificial intelligence (AI) with in-depth management and consulting experience (human intelligence) to develop customised and practice-oriented solutions for companies. The aim is to transform high-quality, personalised advice into a modern, flexible service model - relevant, intuitive and available anytime, anywhere.

From idea and vision to digital platform in the shortest possible time - thanks to perfect teamwork between QUCOXX, Ibexa as technology partner and SNK as implementation partner, the platform has been available since March.

Ibexa DXP as the core of the QUCOXX solution

QUCOXX has developed its innovative business model on the technological basis of Ibexa's Digital Experience Platform (DXP). The Ibexa DXP solution with its modular, scalable architecture was a perfect fit for the requirements of the concept. The platform combines content management, personalisation and commerce functions in a unified solution that enabled us to efficiently manage and design the entire customer journey, from registration to purchase and content application.

The individual Ibexa DXP modules formed the technological centrepiece:

Together with the digital agency SNK, the DXP Ibexa technology was seamlessly implemented in the QUCOXX platform. As a partner of Ibexa, SNK supported us in the implementation and utilisation of the Ibexa DXP platform. In a short space of time, an idea was turned into a modular solution that combines consulting expertise, user-friendliness and scalability.

This included the technical concept, CMS implementation, integration of the AI systems and the complete design of the user experience - from information architecture and user flows to UI design and clickable prototypes.

With SNK as the end-to-end implementation partner, it was ensured that Ibexa's full potential was optimally aligned with QUCOXX's requirements and utilisation concept - for a coherent, high-performance and future-proof digital consulting experience.

QUCOXX - rethinking management consulting - digital, intuitive and cost-efficient

The business idea arose from a key realisation of the founders: although SMEs form the backbone of the European economy, are innovative and indispensable for the economic ecosystem, they often do not have the resources or budgets to make use of traditional consulting services to improve their business processes or to break new ground. More than 26 million SMEs in Europe face multiple financial, operational and strategic challenges.

QUCOXX has conducted a comprehensive study to understand the needs and goals of SMEs. The findings were directly incorporated into the development of the digital platform and the design of the business model - practical, flexible and consistently tailored to the reality of SMEs. The intensive collaboration with companies during the development of the platform also provided valuable insights that were directly implemented. The platform was built with and for companies, and the founders attached great importance to this.

The result: personalised solutions including individual diagnoses and action plans, proven best-practice templates, data-based analyses and a digital AI companion that is available to companies around the clock as a companion and digital colleague - all embedded in a flexible and cost-efficient subscription and pricing model.
