1. 🎯 The Challenge: Building a Scalable Digital Consulting Model 

QUCOXX, an innovative startup, was founded on the vision of democratizing high-quality management consulting for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) by blending human expertise with powerful Artificial Intelligence (AI). 

The central technological and business challenge was three-fold: 

Speed to Market: The need to transform this complex, ambitious idea into a powerful, functional digital platform and achieve a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the shortest time frame possible. 

System Unification: The requirement for a single, unified technological foundation that could manage content (consulting documents/tools), personalization (tailored plans), and commerce (subscription/payment) in a coherent customer journey. 

Integration Complexity: The platform had to support seamless, real-time integration of external systems, including the proprietary AI processes that drive the core service, as well as CRM (Odoo) and payment gateways (Stripe). The solution could not rely on siloed tools.
